Snack Attack

If you’ve ever been on any kind of diet, I’m sure you can agree, sometimes you need a great snacky, store bought alternatives or the lifestyle change you’re making feels like a self imposed prison sentance. Who wants to live their life like that?

In this video I compiled a list of some of my favorite alternatives to the inflammatory foods I used to love. Food that I love AND I feel great!? Why would i ever go back to the standard American diet?
